I am an spanish shareholder worried about the situation of this proposed delisting. Seems obvious to me that the price is not enough fair for the company. The offered price is a half of the equity, which should be at least the minimum. I think in this situation we should unite and fight either legally or negotiate even the possibility of squeeze out avoidal or a fair price, as they will delist from WSE Market.
So I propose and will contact various polish Law Firms that may be delighted of getting a small share of our fair higher price. We are small investors but not less citizens, so we should have the same economic rights in front of polish authorities. Let's unite.
