Podstawa prawna: Pursuant to the provisions of the Code of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the Rules and Regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (Ljubljanska borza, d.d.), and the relevant legislation, the company Gorenje, d.d., hereby makes the following announcement:
As of July 24th, 2015 Gorenje, d.d., and Tesla Recycling spolka z organiczona odpowiedzialnoscia spolka komandytowa have entered into an Agreement on the Sale and Purchase of a share in Gorenje Surovina d.o.o., whereas the parties to the Agreement have agreed to close the transaction not later than March, 31st, 2016 (Longstop Date). As the procedures in respect of the fulfilment of agreed conditions precedent took longer than expected as of the date of signing the Agreement, Gorenje and Tesla mutually agreed as of March, 4th, 2016, to prolong the Longstop Date until May 31st, 2016.
