Dr. Oszkár Világi, member of the Board of Directors of MOL, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of SLOVNAFT a.s., purchased 4,600 pieces of MOL shares on the Budapest Stock Exchange at HUF 14,132 per share on average with the assistance of OTP Bank Plc., as investment service provider, and purchased further 4,300 pieces of MOL shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange at EUR 46.98 per share on average with the assistance of Tatra Banka, as investment service provider on 13th of December 2013. After the transactions Dr. Oszkár Világi owns 10,100 MOL shares".
