On 18 April, PGS announced a strategic co-operation with Goldenberry Sp.
z.o.o, Sp. K, which is an IT consulting company with offices in Warsaw and
London. In our opinion, the co-operation is positive as it complements PGS’
current service offering. From now, the company will be able to offer more
complex services to its customers, which could potentially increase gross
margins. According to PGS, Goldenberry, which has Polish and
international customers mainly from the financial and healthcare industry,
had total sales of PLN 1.2m (c. +70% y-o-y) in 2012, while in Q3/13 they
already amounted to PLN 0.8m. For fiscal-year 2013, we estimate the effect
from the co-operation on PGS’ sales at c. PLN 1m
