Le mandataire judiciaire et l'administrateur judiciaire ont apparemment été très clairs : il n'y aura plus de vote et plus l'occasion pr les obligataires de s'exprimer. La société va 'consulter' les obligataires individuellement sur des solutions,avec pour seule alternative un rééchelonnement particulièrement peu ragoutant pour nous, ou éventuellement un RJ (peu probable vu l'esprit du tribunal).
