Two conditions were put forward by the Russian President. One was the withdrawal of the Georgian army to the positions before the attack on South Ossetia and the second was partial demilitarization of the country.
President Lech Kaczyński accompanied by Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski attempted to fly to Georgia yesterday, however, the pilot refused to land in Tbilisis for security reasons and finally the plane landed in Azerbaijan.
