| Plaza Centers N.V. ("Plaza" or the "Company") announces today, further to its announcement dated October 15, 2020, regarding the filing of a lawsuit by the Company and Elbit Imaging Ltd. ("Elbit Imaging") against certain entities (certain officers in the Company and in Elbit Imaging, a portion of the heirs of Mr. Motti zisser (the former controlling shareholder of the Company and Elbit Imaging) and other parties) (the "Defendants") which were involved in a transaction of the Company and Elbit Imaging which was held in 2011 for the sale of real estate properties in the U.S.A and for which funds (brokerage fees) were allegedly transferred to private companies controlled by Mr. Motti Zisser (the "Lawsuit"); that one of the Defendants request for dismissal in limine of the Lawsuit which was filed against him, was accepted. The Company and Elbit Imaging are examining the filing of an appeal upon this court decision.
