| W nawiązaniu do raportów bieżących nr 29/2023 z dnia 29 sierpnia 2023 r. oraz nr 30/2023 z dnia 4 września 2023 r., Zarząd PGE Polskiej Grupy Energetycznej S.A. („PGE”) informuje, że w dniu 4 września 2023 r. Rada Nadzorcza PGE podjęła uchwałę o uchyleniu uchwały Rady Nadzorczej PGE z dnia 29 sierpnia 2023 r. w sprawie zatwierdzenia aktualizacji strategii Grupy PGE. | ||||||||||||

(“PGE”) discloses that on September 4, 2023 the Supervisory Board of PGE adopted a resolution on repeal of the resolution of the Supervisory Board of PGE of August 29, 2023 regarding the approval of the PGE Group’s strategy update. |
