| Zarząd No Gravity Games S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Emitent”) informuje, że uzyskał informację, że w dniu 13 lutego 2023 roku, złożony został wniosek o wprowadzenie do obrotu na rynku NewConnect akcji spółki zależnej Emitenta, to jest No Gravity Development S.A. Emitent wskazuje, że wprowadzenie akcji No Gravity Development S.A. do obrotu na rynku NewConnect jest kolejnym etapem rozwoju Grupy Kapitałowej Emitenta, a także potwierdzeniem słuszności strategii rozwoju Emitenta. Emitent informuje ponadto, że zamierza wspierać działania zmierzające do wprowadzenia do obrotu na rynku NewConnect kolejnej spółki zależnej, to jest Squibly Interactive sp. z o.o. W ocenie Emitenta powinno to nastąpić w roku 2024. |

| Submission of an application for the introduction of No Gravity Development S.A. shares to trading on the NewConnect marketManagement Board of No Gravity Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Issuer") informs that it has received information that on February 13, 2023, an application was submitted for the introduction of shares of the Issuer's subsidiary, No Gravity Development S.A., to trading on the NewConnect market. The Issuer indicates that the introduction of the shares of No Gravity Development S.A. to trading on the NewConnect market is the next stage in the development of the Issuer's Capital Group, as well as a confirmation of the correctness of the Issuer's development strategy. The Issuer also informs that it intends to support activities aimed at introducing another subsidiary to trading on the NewConnect market, i.e. Squibly Interactive sp. z o.o. In the Issuer's opinion, this should take place in 2024. |
