Money supply goes down 2.3% in July 1-10Money supply went down 2.3% to PLN 278.23bn in the first ten days of July, according to the central bank data. It rose 5.6%, or PLN 14.79bn, since the beginning of the year. Dynamic drop in the money supply resulted from artificial increase of the supply in June, when individuals borrowed huge amount of money to subscribe for refinery PKN Orlen shares being sold by the government. Net foreign assets grew 2.7% to USAD 28.46bn in July 1-10. They increased 6.6% this year.
