IPFINVPL: Annual report and compliance certificate

The Management Board of IPF Investments Polska Sp. z o. o. (IPF IP), hereby announces IPF IP's annual report for the year 2019 and presents the compliance certificate referred to in clause 7 (b) of the terms and conditions for bonds issued by IPF IP.

The annual report together with the auditor's opinion and the compliance certificate are attached to this report.

Legal basis:
- § 11.1(2), §14 and §18(6) of Annex 4 to the Alternative Trading System Rules "Current and periodical information provided by issuers of debt financial instruments in the alternative trading system on Catalyst"
- § 11.1(2), §14 and §18(6) of Annex 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules organised by BondSpot S.A.
