IPFINVPL: Annual report and compliance certificate

The Management Board of IPF Investments Polska Sp. z o. o. (IPF IP), hereby announces IPF IP's annual report for the year 2018 and presents the compliance certificate referred to in clause 7 (b) of the terms and conditions for bonds issued by IPF IP.

The annual report together with the auditor's opinion and the compliance certificate are attached to this report.

Legal basis:

- § 11, § 14, § 18 section 6 of Annex 3 to the Rules of the Alternative Trading System organized by BondSpot S.A.
