Creditors demanded a total of zł.42.284 billion, but Józef Syska, company's court supervisor, refused to acknowledge zł.41.97 billion. "The list [of creditors] is already ready, but the end of proceedings is far away. Now I expect plenty of complaints to be sent to the judge," said Zygmunt Solorz-Żak, who controls Elektrim.
He added that the firm would be re-listed on the bourse after concluding the proceedings. In line with his expectations, the most serious creditors are preparing complaints, including Vivendi, bond holders of Elektrim, the State Treasury and T-Mobile.
