Treść raportu:
Zarząd Cyfrowego Polsatu S.A. ("Spółka") podaje do publicznej wiadomości terminy publikacji raportów okresowych w roku obrotowym 2022:

1. Raport roczny Spółki za 2021 rok oraz skonsolidowany raport roczny grupy kapitałowej Spółki („Grupa Polsat Plus”) za 2021 rok – 24 marca 2022 r.;

2. Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny Grupy Polsat Plus za I kwartał 2022 roku – 11 maja 2022 roku;

3. Skonsolidowany raport półroczny Grupy Polsat Plus za I półrocze 2022 roku – 17 sierpnia 2022 roku;

4. Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny Grupy Polsat Plus za III kwartał 2022 roku – 9 listopada 2022 roku.

Jednocześnie, zgodnie z § 62 ust. 1 i 3 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równorzędne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim („Rozporządzenie”), Spółka nie będzie publikowała jednostkowych raportów kwartalnych i jednostkowych raportów półrocznych. Spółka informuje o zamiarze przekazywania w 2022 roku skonsolidowanych raportów kwartalnych zawierających skrócone kwartalne sprawozdanie finansowe, o którym mowa w § 62 ust.1 Rozporządzenia, a także przekazania skonsolidowanego raportu półrocznego za I półrocze 2022 roku zawierającego skrócone półroczne sprawozdanie finansowe, o którym mowa w § 62 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia.
Ponadto Spółka informuje, że nie będzie publikować skonsolidowanego raportu kwartalnego za IV kwartał 2021 roku oraz skonsolidowanego raportu kwartalnego za II kwartał 2022 roku zgodnie z § 79 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia.

Management Board of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. (the "Company"), hereby
announces the publication dates of periodic reports in the year 2022:1.
Annual report of the Company and consolidated annual report of the
Company’s capital group (“Polsat Plus Group”) for 2021 – March 24, 2022;2.
Consolidated quarterly report of Polsat Plus Group for Q1 2022 – May 11,
2022;3. Consolidated
semi-annual report of Polsat Plus Group for H1 2022 – August 17, 2022;4.
Consolidated quarterly report of Polsat Plus Group for Q3 2022 –
November 9, 2022In addition,
pursuant to the provisions of § 62 sec. 1 and 3 of the Ordinance of the
Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic reports
published by the issuers of securities and the conditions of recognizing
as equal the information required by the laws of non-member states (the
“Ordinance”), the Company will not publish standalone quarterly or
semi-annual reports. The Company informs that it is its intention to
present in 2022 consolidated quarterly reports including condensed
standalone financial statements as referred to in § 62 sec. 1 of the
Ordinance as well as to present the consolidated semi-annual report for
the first half of 2022 including the condensed standalone financial
statements as referred to § 62 sec. 3 of the Ordinance.The
Company also announces that it will not publish a consolidated quarterly
report for Q4 2021, nor a consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2022
pursuant to the provisions of § 79 sec. 2 of the Ordinance.Legal
basis Article 56 Section 1 item 2 of the Act on Public Offering,
Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to
Organized Trading, and Public Companies in conjunction with § 80 Section
1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on
current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and
the conditions of recognizing as equal the information required by the
laws of non-member states.
