| Zarząd spółki CD PROJEKT S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”) informuje, iż otrzymał od współpracującej ze Spółką kancelarii prawnej potwierdzenie złożenia przed Sądem Okręgowym Stanów Zjednoczonych dla okręgu Centralnej Kalifornii drugiego cywilnego pozwu zbiorowego, przez kancelarię działającą w imieniu grupy posiadaczy amerykańskich papierów wartościowych notowanych pod symbolami “OTGLY” oraz “OTGLF” i opartych na akcjach Spółki. Treść pozwu w tym jego przedmiot i zakres jest tożsama z pozwem, o którym Spółka informowała w RB 68/2020 z dnia 25 grudnia 2020 roku. Treść pozwu nie określa wartości roszczenia. Spółka podejmie aktywną obronę przed wszelkimi tego typu roszczeniami. |

| Current report no. 4/2021 Subject: Receipt of notification concerning the filing of a class action lawsuit in the USA Legal basis: Art. 17 item 1 of the Market Abuse Regulation – inside information The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) hereby announces that it received confirmation from a law firm cooperating with the Company that a second civil class action lawsuit had been filed in the United States District Court for the Central District of California by a law firm acting on behalf of a group of holders of securities traded in the USA under the ticker symbols “OTGLY” and “OTGLF” and based on Company shares. The content of the claim, including its subject and scope, is the same as the one disclosed by the Company in Current Report 68/2020 of 25 December 2020. The complaint does not specify the quantity of damages sought. The Company will undertake vigorous action to defend itself against any such claims.
