| BUWOG AG (the “Company") acting pursuant to Article 160 Section 4 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments hereby informs that on 16 July 2015 it has been notified by the Management Board’s member on the acquisition on 16 July 2015 of 900 Company’s shares at the price of 18.871023 Euro for each share (the total price for all the acquired shares was 4,981.95 Euro) and 500 Company’s shares at the price of 19.079 Euro for each share (the total price for all the acquired shares was 9,539.50 Euro). The shares mentioned in the preceding sentence were acquired on the Vienna Stock Exchange within the ordinary market session transaction. | |||||||||||
