| IMMOFINANZ AG notified on 09 June 2016 pursuant to sections 91 et seq. Austrian Stock Exchange Act a change of the relevant interest of IMMOFINANZ AG of voting rights in BUWOG AG (ISIN AT00BUWOG001) as follows: With value date to be expected on 07 July 2016 the interest of voting rights of IM-MOFINANZ AG (together with controlled undertakings) regarding voting rights of BUWOG-shares physically held by IMMOFINANZ AG will change. The relevant interest of voting rights of IMMOFINANZ AG (together with controlled undertakings) was before 28,503,782 shares/voting rights, corresponding to approximately 28.57%. 3,418,046 shares/voting rights of the relevant interest, corresponding to approximately 3.43%, were held by IMBEA IM-MOEAST Beteiligungsverwaltung GmbH. With value date to be expected on 07 July 2016 18,542,434 BUWOG-shares will be trans-ferred to SAPINDA Group; trade date and signing date was 09 June 2016. With respect to the relevant interest of voting rights of IMMOFINANZ AG in BUWOG AG (ISIN AT00BUWOG001), BUWOG AG announces in accordance with section 91 et seq. Austrian Stock Exchange Act as follows: 1. The relevant interest of IMMOFINANZ AG of voting rights, after closing of the transac-tions mentioned above (to be expected on 07 July 2016), will be 9,961,348 shares of BUWOG AG, corresponding to approximately 9.98%. IMMOFINANZ AG will cross the reporting threshold of 25%, 20%, 15% und 10% after the value date (to be expected on 07 July 2016). 2. This relevant interest of voting rights of 9.98% refers exclusively to shares of BUWOG AG directly held by IMMOFINANZ AG. IMBEA IMMOEAST Beteiligungsverwaltung GmbH (100% subsidiary of IMMOFINANZ AG) transferred its entire shareholding in BUWOG AG (approx. 3.43%). |
