| BUWOG AG has signed the purchase agreement for a land plot of approx. 42,700 sqm in Hamburg-Bergedorf. In addition to Vienna and Berlin Hamburg thus becomes the company’s third long-term development foothold. The estimated total investment volume for this project amounts to approx. EUR 430 mn. BUWOG intends to build more than 1,000 residential units on the acquired site. BUWOG’s total investment pipeline increases to approx. EUR 2.5 investment volume. | |||||||||||
