We declare that, to the best of our knowledge,
the annual separate financial statement
of Gi Group Poland S.A. (the "Company")
for the financial year 2024 and the annual
consolidated financial statement of Gi Group
Poland S.A. Capital Group ("the Group")
for the financial year 2024, as well as
the comparative data, have been prepared
in accordance with the applicable accounting
principles and that they give a true, fair and
clear view of the Company's and the Group's
assets and financial position, including
the financial result, and that the report
on the Company's and the Group's activities
gives a true picture of the development,
achievements and position of the Company
and the Group, including a description
of the main threats and risks.
