Legal basis: Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018, on current and periodic information provided by issuers of
securities and conditions for recognizing information required by the laws of a non-member state as equivalent, § 70 sec. 1 point 8
and § 71 sec. 1 point 8
The Supervisory Board of XTB S.A. declares that:
▪ the regulations regarding the appointment, composition, and functioning of the Audit Committee are being adhered to,
including the criteria for independence of its members and the requirements for possessing knowledge and skills in the
industry in which the issuer operates, as well as in accounting or auditing financial statements,
▪ the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board has performed the tasks of the audit committee as provided in the applicable
regulations.
