Based on the assessment of the Supervisory Board, we declare that the entity authorized to audit

financial statements, auditing the annual standalone financial statement of Gi Group Poland

S.A. and annual consolidated financial statement of the Gi Group Poland Capital Group, was

selected in accordance with the law and that this entity and the statutory auditors, auditing these

statements, met the conditions for expressing an impartial and independent opinion on audited

annual separate financial statements, in accordance with applicable regulations, professional

standards and professional ethics. In addition, we declare that the regulations related to the

rotation of the audit firm and the key statutory auditor as well as the mandatory grace periods

are complied with.
