There are two main drivers behind this decision. Firstly, many
institutional investors are not allowed to invest in companies listed
in an alternative system of trading. Secondly, for some investors in
the eurozone, currency risk has been an issue and they were not
willing to invest in PLN or in CZK. We believe that those steps -
listing on the regulated market and listing in the eurozone in
Frankfurt - will remove these two barriers, increasing the pool of
our investor base significantly. The Management Board has taken
the decision and secured professional advisors, mainly legal counsel,
to assist us in this process. We are not raising any capital and will
not offer shares. As for the timeframe, the Company submitted a
securities prospectus to the Dutch financial market regulator (AFM)
on 8 July 2020 and the listing should take place in September
